Noah moved to Meadville in 2004 after graduating from Vanderbilt University School of Law and then clerking for Judge Robert W. Wedemeyer at the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals where he assisted Judge Wedemeyer in drafting opinions concerning appellate issues of criminal law and procedure.

Upon relocating to Meadville, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney where he prosecuted a variety of types of cases including DUI, domestic violence, drug possession and distribution, and appeals to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.  Upon leaving the Office of the District Attorney, he worked at Shafer Law Firm and most recently at Watts and Pepicelli, P.C. where he practiced in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.
Noah's practice areas focus on assisting individuals through difficult and often complex matters including defending individuals accused of criminal offenses, custody battles, dependency matters, protection from abuse hearings, denial or challenges to unemployment compensation and civil actions.
Noah is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Crawford County Bar Association, and the Northwest Pennsylvania American Inn of Court.  He has been a guest lecturer for the past eight (8) years for the Crawford County Alcohol Highway Safety School, an educational program to teach DUI offenders about the problems of alcohol and drug use and driving.
Noah has become an active member in the community as a former member of the YMCA Board of Directors and currently sit on the Meadville Children’s Center Board of Directors.  Noah lives in Meadville with his wife, Angela, and his daughter, Stella.
